家族世代在薩爾瓦多聖安娜火山種植咖啡的 Aida Batlle 是現代咖啡果皮茶的發明者,將其命名爲 Cascara(西班牙語中是 「皮」或「殼」的意思)。 咖啡果殼茶略帶甜味,又好似玫瑰果、紅醋栗 。 雖然 Cascara 已有甜味,有些人建議可以加入一些蜂蜜或糖來增添風味,也可以在裡面加入薑、肉豆蔻或肉桂來品嘗很有歷史的 Qisher(葉門的咖啡果肉茶)。

  • 建議沖泡方式: 
    1.  熱飲:以 250c.c 熱水浸泡咖啡果殼茶包約 3-5 分鐘後,將茶包取出,即可享受甜皮蜜殼好滋味。
    2.  冷飲:同上,加入適量冰塊即可。
